INSURANCE
I am primarily an out-of-network provider. If you would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, you will be provided with a receipt of services that you may submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. It is advised that you call your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services.
I currently accept Cigna and Regence Blueshield insurance and work with some EAPs.
FEES
Individual session (60 minutes) $180
Phone or Telehealth session (60 minutes) $180
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed appointments are charged in full. Emergencies and illnesses are taken into consideration. Insurance does not pay for missed or late sessions.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The relationship between therapist and client is protected by law and information cannot be disclosed without written consent. The only exception to this involves suspected child abuse or neglect or a threat of harm to self or others. As required by law, every attempt at ensuring safety will be made.
