Common questions

How long are sessions?

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions is discussed and agreed upon together based on your needs — typically weekly, especially at the start.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes. I offer telehealth and telephone sessions for clients who prefer to meet remotely, including internationally-based clients.

What are your fees?

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. More details are outlined in the intake paperwork you’ll receive after scheduling your first session.
